Opportunities

We are currently exploring Expressions of Interest for our Procurement Consulting team. These opportunities are ideal for professionals looking to work on high-impact projects, develop procurement strategies, drive cost reductions, and support client transformation initiatives. There’s also the chance to travel interstate and internationally, gaining exposure to diverse industries and projects.

Role responsibilities

  • Develop procurement strategies.
  • Complete cost-reduction opportunity assessments based on client spend data and contracts.
  • Manage cost-reduction projects, including strategic sourcing, direct negotiations, and process improvements.
  • Work in project delivery teams to optimise and upskill client procurement functions.
  • Manage delivery teams (depending on level of skills and experience).
  • Develop business cases for procurement transformation initiatives.
  • Contribute to our growing digital procurement capability.
  • Support business leaders in sales, marketing, systems, and business development.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the company.
  • Contribute to a high-performing, flexible, and inclusive team culture.

About you

We are looking for motivated, analytical, and goal-oriented professionals who:

  • Hold a degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Have experience managing teams or projects, particularly in complex or multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Have 2+ years consulting experience,ideally with exposure to procurement, sourcing, or supply chain projects (not essential).
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data interpretation capabilities.
  • Understand procurement processes and systems, including strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier engagement.
  • Can interpret spend data and identify cost-saving opportunities to support procurement transformation initiatives.
  • Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to present findings clearly and influence decisions.
  • Demonstrate high drive, adaptability, and teamwork in dynamic project environments.

These roles require a willingness to travel across Australia.
